I absolutely love salmon because it’s quick and easy to cook, totally delicious, and packed with health benefits. These easy Salmon Recipes are my favorite way to add this seafood favorite into my regular diet–proof that making a healthy meal can be simple! Plus I’ve gathered some side dishes to serve along with this list of salmon recipes for the ultimate lunch or dinner!

Truly Easy Salmon Recipes

Salmon is one of my favorite things to cook for dinner when looking for recipes that are quick, easy, healthy, and tasty! I’m always amazed by how fast this seafood staple cooks, so it’s great for last-minute meals and weeknight dinners. Plus it’s packed with nutrition, which makes me feel good about eating it so often.

All it takes to make these easy salmon recipes is whipping up a simple glaze or sauce, adding a few herbs and spices, and letting it cook. I like to serve these salmon dishes with rice, pasta, veggies, or really any of my favorite sides. It’s so simple, and if you can believe it, the kids love it too!

  • Air Fryer Salmon : I can’t believe how quick and easy it is to make crispy salmon with my Air Fryer. And this seasoning mix makes for a really simple, tasty, and healthy recipe that you can serve with rice and veggies.
  • Tequila Lime Salmon Salad : This is my go-to when I need a healthy lunch. This salad is filled with avocado, lettuce, beans, corn and more, then topped with marinated salmon and tequila lime vinaigrette.

But one of the best things about salmon is that it can easily be served with all kinds of veggies, side dishes, pastas, salads, and more. It goes well with grilled veggies , roasted baby potatoes , or cucumber tomato salad .

This Essential Grocery List is an absolute life saver for my family on the busy weeks. When I started this journey to learn how to cook, I quickly realized that the first step in cooking is having staple ingredients on hand. I want to avoid having to run out to the grocery store every single time I prepare a new recipe. Having a well-stocked pantry has made my life in the kitchen so much simpler, because when it’s time to cook, I have what I need.

Essential Grocery List

It’s so helpful to have a basic grocery list to help me remember which foods to buy at the store. This food shopping list is my go-to!

It’s better to stock up on things like grains, seasonings and spices, baking essentials, oils, condiments, canned and frozen foods, etc. so I can just grab them when I need them. These things have a long shelf life , so I keep them in my kitchen for convenience.

However, I do have to go to the supermarket sometimes, and there’s a way to make that trip easy and hassle-free: I keep a grocery list! If I go in blindly, I’ll leave with things I don’t need, and nothing that actually helps me prepare a good meal.

In the list below, I’ve compiled everything I always have on my stock-up grocery list.
