“What a super quick, easy and healthy treat!” – Kimberly
Easy Apple Chips Recipe
You only need three basic ingredients to make these fruit chips, so I love that I can whip them up on a whim. I use whichever apples I have on hand, unpeeled, and I adjust the cinnamon and sugar based on how sweet the apple variety is. It really can’t get any easier, believe me!
I find that a mandoline is the best way to slice the apples thinly and evenly. If you use a knife, get them as thin as you can, and be careful!

I also like to prepare these healthy peanut butter energy balls or have apple cinnamon breakfast cookies on hand for other better-for-you options.
