Easy Barbecue Pork Chops
This simple variation on grilled pork chops is guaranteed to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters! Super simple, super easy. You can’t go wrong with grilled pork chops whether for a quick weeknight dinner or a weekend backyard BBQ. I like to use bone-in pork chops when possible, as they tend to have more flavor and are less likely to dry out than boneless pork chops, but use whichever you prefer.
There are so many delicious sauces and rubs you can use to season your pork chops before throwing them on the grill. Try different types of barbecue sauce (sweet, spicy, or smoky), teriyaki sauce, hoisin sauce , chili-garlic sauce, Worcestershire sauce, or mustard sauce . The options are endless!
