Easy Caramel Frappuccino Recipe
A Frappuccino is my absolute favorite way to start the day—cold, creamy, and packed with coffee flavor. It’s made by blending coffee, milk, ice, and whatever syrups or flavorings I’m in the mood for. I like mine extra chunky and frozen, almost like a coffee slushie, and honestly, I wake up craving one most mornings.
Once I figured out how to make them at home, I ditched the drive-thru for good. It only takes a few simple ingredients, and it turns out just as delicious (if not better). Now I can whip up my own creamy, dreamy blended coffee whenever I need a pick-me-up!
Tips for Beginners
- If you use a shot of espresso, you’ll have a lot less liquid, so you’ll need to add more milk. Feel free to experiment with the ratios. You can also add a shot of espresso to the blender with the coffee if you really want a caffeine kick.
- If you have a leftover pot of coffee, store it in the fridge in an airtight container or jar, then it’ll be chilled and ready.

How to Make a Caramel Frappuccino Step by Step

Blend: In a large blender, blend 12 oz. of strong black coffee, ½ cup of sugar-free caramel creamer (or you can make condensed milk caramel for an indulgent treat), ½ cup of almond milk, and 3 cups of ice until smooth.

Serve: I like to drizzle some sugar-free caramel sauce in the cup and on top. Fat-free whipped cream or frozen whipped topping makes this drink feel like it came straight from Starbucks!
How to Store
This caramel frappuccino recipe is going to be best right after making it (it will get watery when stored), but don’t let leftovers go to waste. Store in a cup with a lid, an airtight container, or sealed jar, and keep it in the fridge for a day. It will be fully liquid by then (any ice will be melted), so I recommend blending it up with more ice to get that texture back. I don’t recommend freezing it.

Serving Suggestions
This homemade caramel frappe is the perfect afternoon or morning treat to enjoy with chocolate peanut butter protein balls , a slice of chocolate chip banana bread , or egg bites .
