What’s in This Chicken Caesar Wrap Recipe?

Have you ever wished your chicken Caesar salad was portable? Us too! Turns out all we had to do was put it in a wrap, and now we can take our favorite salad with us everywhere– no mess!

  • Seasoned Chicken: Boneless, skinless chicken breasts are sliced into bite-sized pieces and seasoned with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
  • Lettuce: A classic Caesar is made with crunchy romaine lettuce. Iceberg also works.
  • Croutons: Add a bit of crunch to the wraps. If you have leftover bread, you can make our own homemade croutons !
  • Caesar Dressing : This creamy, flavorful dressing is what really make this a Caesar wrap.
  • Cheese: We’re partial to Parmesan, but use whatever cheese you love.
  • Tortillas: We like flour tortillas for these wraps, but spinach would also be delish!

These wraps are a great source of protein, potassium, and vitamin A. However, they are also high in fat, sodium, and calories, so enjoy them in moderation!

Absolutely! This is a great meal prep recipe . Just wrap them in plastic wrap to help keep them fresh!

To minimize the sog factor, try placing a layer of undressed greens directly on the wrap first to act as a barrier between the filling and the tortilla.
