How to Store and Reheat
Store leftover chicken parmesan sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 15-20 minutes, or until warmed through.
How to Freeze
Freeze chicken parmesan sliders in a single layer on a lined baking sheet until solid, about 1-2 hours. Transfer to an airtight container or Ziplock bag to store for up to 3 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
Serving Suggestions

- Preheat oven to 375°F. Lay the bottom half of the slider buns on a baking sheet or in a baking pan. 10 ounces King’s Hawaiian Pre-Sliced Slider Buns
- Lay the cooked chicken strips on top of the buns. 10-12 frozen chicken strips
- Spoon 1 cup of marinara sauce over the chicken, then place one slice of mozzarella over each bun and on top of the sauced chicken. 9 slices whole milk mozzarella cheese, 1 cup marinara sauce
- Place the slider bun tops on top of the sandwiches.
- Stir together the melted butter, Italian Seasoning, and Parmesan. Generously brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture. Top with the chopped basil if desired. ½ cup salted butter, 1 ounce Italian Seasoning, 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese, Chopped fresh basil
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, melty, and bubbly. Pull apart or slice to serve.

- These chicken parmesan sliders are best served straight from the oven.
- If you want a heavier sauce, you can substitute jarred pizza sauce for the marina sauce.
- Pre-toasting the bottom half of the rolls is optional but it does help prevent soggy bottoms!
- Be generous when brushing the melted butter onto the rolls – it’s worth it!

How to Make Chicken Parmesan Sliders Step by Step
Prep the Buns: Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lay the bottom half of a 10-ounce package of King’s Hawaiian slider buns on a baking sheet or in a baking pan. Lay 10-12 cooked chicken strips on top of the buns.

Add Sauce and Cheese: Spoon 1 cup of marinara sauce over the chicken, then place one slice of mozzarella over each bun and on top of the sauced chicken.

Top the Sliders: Place the slider bun tops on top of the sandwiches.

Brush with Butter: Stir together ½ cup of salted melted butter, 1 ounce of Italian Seasoning, and 2 tablespoons of freshly grated Parmesan. Generously brush the tops of the buns with the butter mixture. Top with the chopped basil if desired.

Bake the Sliders: Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, melty, and bubbly. Pull apart or slice to serve.

This Essential Grocery List is an absolute life saver for my family on the busy weeks. It’s better to stock up on things like grains, seasonings and spices, baking essentials, oils, condiments, canned and frozen foods, etc. so I can just grab them when I need them. These things have a long shelf life , so I keep them in my kitchen for convenience.
However, I do have to go to the supermarket sometimes, and there’s a way to make that trip easy and hassle-free: I keep a grocery list! If I go in blindly, I’ll leave with things I don’t need, and nothing that actually helps me prepare a good meal.
