“I loved this simple yet delicious recipe. This will definitely be one of my go to recipes for simple snacks!” -Jay

Cinnamon Roll Bites

I love how these Crispy Cinnamon Sugar Biscuit Bites take just minutes to whip up but feel like a fun homemade treat. I start with store‑bought biscuit dough for convenience, toss the bite‑sized pieces in a brown sugar cinnamon mix, and pop them into the oven until they’re golden and crisp. The result is warm, gooey, cinnamon-kissed goodness in every bite—a perfect quick indulgence for breakfast, snack time, or dessert.

I either prepare a cream cheese frosting or a sweet icing for dipping and glazing, but anything works. You could even serve with chocolate or caramel sauce for a super indulgent treat.

Becky’s Tips

  • To prepare in the air fryer , place the biscuit dough pieces in the fryer at 350°F, and cook for about 6-9 minutes . Keep an eye on them because the dough will cook slightly faster than the oven.
  • You can use a can of cinnamon rolls instead of biscuit dough, but you will get slightly different results. The biscuit dough will get crispy and chewy, while the cinnamon roll dough will be more gooey and doughy . You might also need to adjust the cooking time.
  • You want to bake the biscuit dough just until cooked. They should still be pale in color. But they shouldn’t look doughy, wet, or soft ; that means they’re not done quite yet.

Store cinnamon sugar biscuit bites in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. If you want to keep them longer, store them in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. If you want to warm them up, pop them under the broiler, in the Air Fryer, or in the microwave.

For best results, wrap a handful of bites in aluminum foil, then place them all in a freezer-safe bag. Freeze up to 3 months. Thaw them before eating or reheating.
