Crockpot Steak Bites are so deliciously tender! Sirloin steak is cut and slowly cooked in a medley of mouthwatering ingredients like ranch seasoning and garlic. I love to make this for an easy weeknight dinner when I need something filling, flavorful, and impossibly easy!

Easy Slow Cooker Steak Bites
What I really love about this meal is how hands-off it is—I can throw everything in the slow cooker in the morning, and by the time dinner rolls around, the house smells amazing and dinner’s practically done. It’s a lifesaver on busy days, and always a hit with the family when everyone walks in the door hungry.
I use ranch seasoning mix, garlic, and beef broth tossed with cubed sirloin steak in this slow cooker recipe. The seasonings and the slow cooking process bring out the rich natural flavors and textures for a delicious dish.
Ingredients1x2x3x
- ▢ 2 lbs. sirloin steak cubed, or use tenderloin, ribeye, or New York strip steak
- ▢ 1 cup low-sodium beef broth vegetable broth also works
- ▢ 2 tbsp unsalted butter (¼ stick)
- ▢ 2 cloves garlic minced
- ▢ 1 oz ranch seasoning (1 packet), or try Italian seasoning , Creole seasoning , or taco seasoning
- ▢ 1 tsp kosher salt
- ▢ 1 tsp ground black pepper
- ▢ chopped fresh parsley optional to garnish

- Choose a tender cut of meat for the best results.
- Let the meat come to room temperature before cooking so it cooks more evenly.
- Do not overcook the meat, or it could become dry and tough.
- Internal Temperature Guide: For rare steak bites: 125-130°F For medium-rare steak bites: 130-140°F For medium steak bites: 140-150°F For medium-well steak bites: 150-160F For well-done steak bites: 160-165°F

How to Make Crockpot Steak Bites Step by Step

Gather all your ingredients.

Fill the crockpot : Add 2 lbs. sirloin steak, 1 cup low-sodium beef broth, 2 tbsp unsalted butter, 2 cloves garlic,1 oz. ranch seasoning, 1 tsp kosher salt, and 1 tsp ground black pepper to the crockpot and stir to combine.

Cook the steak: Cover and set to high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-8.

Serve and enjoy: Sprinkle with the parsley and enjoy.

How to Store
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the stovetop over medium-low heat until warmed through.
Freeze steak bites in an airtight container for up to 3 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.

It’s better to stock up on things like grains, seasonings and spices, baking essentials, oils, condiments, canned and frozen foods, etc. so I can just grab them when I need them. These things have a long shelf life , so I keep them in my kitchen for convenience.
However, I do have to go to the supermarket sometimes, and there’s a way to make that trip easy and hassle-free: I keep a grocery list! If I go in blindly, I’ll leave with things I don’t need, and nothing that actually helps me prepare a good meal.
