Becky’s Tips
- Use any kind of cocoa powder you want (natural or Dutch-process).
- Crème fraîche or whipped ricotta cheese can be alternatives to mascarpone cheese.
- Use room temperature mascarpone cheese to avoid lumps in the cream cheese mixture.
- Use ladyfingers if available, I use Nilla wafer as an substitute.

How to Store
Refrigerate any leftover tiramisu cups for up to 2 days. Cover them with plastic wrap to prevent them from drying out.
You can also make them 2-3 days in advance. Prepare the cream cheese mixture and refrigerate. When ready, soak in coffee and assemble the layers.
