Okay, I’ll admit it—I have a thing for McDonald’s Egg White Delight. It’s one of those guilty pleasures I could honestly eat every morning and never get tired of. Just ask my husband (though be warned, he has opinions ).
At only 300 calories, it’s surprisingly healthy and super satisfying. So once I figured out how to make a copycat version at home, I was hooked. Bonus: mine actually clocks in with fewer calories than the original!
Now this easy, wholesome breakfast sandwich is our go-to way to start the day—especially when we have guests. It’s fast, filling, and totally delcicious.

Becky’s Tips
- You can buy egg whites in a carton and measure out one egg’s worth if you’d rather not separate the egg from the white.
- I used Herbs of Provence for my sandwich, but you might like other blends. Try Italian seasoning, poultry seasoning, or single herbs like basil, thyme, or rosemary.
- For the whole McDonald’s experience, wrap the finished Egg White Delight in wax paper or parchment paper for serving!

Serving Suggestions
When I have time to sit down and enjoy a nice breakfast, I’ll make crockpot cheesy potatoes to go with this sandwich, along with a strawberry mango smoothie , and of course, a bulletproof coffee .
