How to Make Festive Snow Punch Step by Step
Create the banana mixture : Blend 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice, 5 medium ripe bananas, ¾ cup granulated sugar, and 2 cups half-and-half until smooth. Cover and place in the fridge for up to an hour.
Add soda and ice cream: Just before serving, pour lemon/banana mixture into a punch bowl, stir in 1 liter of soda, and top with scoops of vanilla ice cream.

How to Store
If you want to get a head start on this punch, you can prepare the banana mixture 2-3 days in advance, but it may change color.
Once you add the soda and ice cream, this punch is best served right away, so only prepare what you think you’ll need.

Serving Suggestions
I like to make this non-alcoholic punch for parties, gatherings, holidays, and even kids’ parties. I like to serve it with finger foods and snacks like pink yogurt covered pretzels , savory potato skin bites or, to keep things on the healthier side, I’ll prepare this veggie dip .
