I’ve been loving making my favorite coffees right at home recently, and this iced honey almondmilk flat white is no exception. I’ve saved so much money making this simple drink with ingredients I always have on hand like espresso, honey, and almond milk. Yep, it’s that easy to make this yummy Starbucks copycat drink. I’m about ready to add “barista” to my resumée with this one!

In the cooler months, I love to enjoy a honey almondmilk flat white , but once the weather heats up, I never know what to make. Well, it turns out it’s super easy to turn my favorite cold weather drink into a hot weather drink with this iced honey almondmilk flat white recipe!
Sweet, creamy, and crazy easy to make, I mix espresso with honey and almond milk for one delicious drink. Pair it with chocolate chip biscotti for the perfect coffee break!
What’s in This Iced Honey Almondmilk Flat White Recipe?
- Coffee: Use your favorite coffee for this recipe. I prefer a freshly brewed espresso, but instant or even decaf can be used.
- Honey: Adds a subtle floral sweetness to the drink. I prefer natural or raw honey, which has a richer flavor and more health benefits. If you don’t have honey, you can use another liquid sweetener like maple syrup or stevia.
- Almond Milk: Adds nuttiness and creaminess to the drink. I prefer unsweetened since the honey is already adding plenty of sweetness to this drink. Dairy or oat milk also work well in this recipe.

Tips for Success
- Because this coffee contains honey, it is not vegan, but you can simply swap the honey for maple syrup to make it totally plant-based.
- A milk frother will provide the best results, but you can also use a French press– just add the almond milk and quickly pull the plunger up and down for 30 seconds. You can froth milk by hand with a whisk, but it will take a little while longer, and it’s a bit of extra arm work!
- You can also add un-frothed milk to the top of your flat white and it will still be delicious!
