How to make Instant Pot Chicken Wings

  1. Place water and the trivet in your Instant Pot.
  2. Season the wings.
  3. Place the wings in the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure.
  4. Melt the butter and whisk in the hot sauce.
  5. Place the cooked wings in a bowl and toss with half of the sauce.
  6. Broil til crispy and toss again in remain buffalo sauce.

These wings are best served as soon as they are ready. You can cook the wings and keep them warm for a couple of hours before tossing in the sauce. Leftovers will keep well for up to 4 days in the ridge and can be reheated in the oven at 360F til warmed through.

  • Line 1 medium baking sheet with aluminum foil. Add 1 cup water to the bottom of the inner pot of your Instant Pot. Place the trivet inside the pot.
  • In a large bowl, combine chicken wings with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat. 2 pounds chicken wings, ¾ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon paprika, ¼ teaspoon kosher salt, ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
  • Place wings on top of the trivet. Secure lid and cook on Manual High Pressure for 10 minutes. When cooking has finished, perform a quick release.
  • In a microwave safe bowl, melt butter. Whisk in hot sauce. Heat broiler to high. ⅓ cup unsalted butter, ⅓ cup Buffalo sauce
  • Transfer cooked wings to a large mixing bowl and toss with half of the sauce. Place in a single layer on the baking sheet and broil for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until crisp. Return the wings to the bowl and gently toss with the remaining sauce. Serve with your choice of dressing.

It’s so helpful to have a basic grocery list to help me remember which foods to buy at the store. This food shopping list is my go-to!

It’s better to stock up on things like grains, seasonings and spices, baking essentials, oils, condiments, canned and frozen foods, etc. so I can just grab them when I need them. These things have a long shelf life , so I keep them in my kitchen for convenience.

However, I do have to go to the supermarket sometimes, and there’s a way to make that trip easy and hassle-free: I keep a grocery list! If I go in blindly, I’ll leave with things I don’t need, and nothing that actually helps me prepare a good meal.

In the list below, I’ve compiled everything I always have on my stock-up grocery list.
