This autumn salad dressing is a blend of pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and cider vinegar, with an olive oil base and a few more things added in for a kick. They’re so easy to make, and they taste so much better when they’re made at home. You can create so many different types of salad dressings, and you can always have the perfect one for the salad you’re about to make. Way better than having to use the same dressing on every salad just because you bought a whole bottle of it.
This maple pumpkin dressing is the PERFECT autumn salad dressing recipe. I mean, what says fall better than pumpkin? Nothing! It tastes soooo good on this fried goat cheese and kale salad recipe !
Maple Pumpkin Salad Dressing Ingredients:
- Pumpkin Puree
- Maple Syrup
- Cider Vinegar
- Dijon Mustard
- Garlic
- Pumpkin Pie Spice
- Olive Oil
- Red Pepper Flakes
- Herbes de Provence (or Fresh Thyme Leaves)

How to Make Maple Pumpkin Salad Dressing
This homemade salad dressing recipe is super easy. In less than 10 minutes, you can have this maple pumpkin dressing ready to use. All you have to do is combine your ingredients in a blender and puree, while slowly adding in the olive oil. So simple!
Store this autumn salad dressing in a container with lid, and it will keep in the refrigerator up to 1 week. Remember to shake well before each use.

It’s so helpful to have a basic grocery list to help me remember which foods to buy at the store. This food shopping list is my go-to!
It’s better to stock up on things like grains, seasonings and spices, baking essentials, oils, condiments, canned and frozen foods, etc. so I can just grab them when I need them. These things have a long shelf life , so I keep them in my kitchen for convenience.
However, I do have to go to the supermarket sometimes, and there’s a way to make that trip easy and hassle-free: I keep a grocery list! If I go in blindly, I’ll leave with things I don’t need, and nothing that actually helps me prepare a good meal.
