I’m obsessed with these quick and easy Pizza Sliders that are stuffed with pepperoni, mozzarella, and pizza sauce, topped with pesto and Parmesan, then baked until hot, cheesy, and toasty. I think they’re such a simple lunch or dinner idea for busy days, and they make delicious appetizers too!

Easy Pizza Sliders Recipe
I’ve taken soft, fluffy dinner rolls and piled them up with classic pizza toppings, then coated them in pesto for the ultimate fusion of pizza and sliders! I honestly can’t think of a better combination. Sliders are always a big hit, but this pizza version really takes them over the top.
I use this slider recipe as a base to make a variety of different pizza slider recipes. Sometimes I’ll add sautéed vegetables , or for heartier sliders, I’ll add homemade meatballs , or crumbled bacon . And since I love pineapple on my pizza, grilled pineapple sometimes makes an appearance on my sliders too!

Freeze pepperoni pizza sliders tightly wrapped in 2 layers of plastic wrap and 1 layer of aluminum foil for up to 3 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
Serving Suggestions
I like to serve these sliders with extra marinara sauce or pesto for dipping, and a side of homemade French fries or garlic pasta chips . I’ll often start our meal with an Olive Garden salad .
