Make weeknight dinners extra easy with these Sheet Pan Pork Chops ! You get juicy, tender pork chops, crispy baby potatoes, and fresh green beans, all seasoned with a zesty herb mix. It’s the perfect-sized meal and it’s all made in one pan! Even our kids look forward to this meal.

What’s in This Sheet Pan Pork Chops Recipe?
Here at The Cookie Rookie, we just love a one-pan meal, and these baked pork chops are no exception. Juicy, seasoned pork is paired with crispy potatoes and green beans for a simple weeknight meal the whole family will love!
- Pork: Bone-in pork chops stay extra juicy in the oven.
- Seasoning: We use McCormick Grill Mates Zesty Herb Marinade Seasoning Mix to add so much flavor to this sheet pan meal. Add in a little salt, pepper, and garlic powder to round it out.
- Potatoes: Yellow baby potatoes are the perfect size for this recipe. Just halve them and you’re ready to go.
- Green Beans: You’ll want trimmed fresh green beans, not canned or frozen.

Store leftover sheet pan pork chops in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a 350°F oven for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway, or until warmed through. You can store the pork and veggies together for ease.

Freeze this sheet pan pork chop dinner in an airtight container for up to 2 months. Let thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
Serving Suggestions

- ▢ 3 cups halved yellow baby potatoes
- ▢ 3 cups fresh green beans ends trimmed (about 1 pound)
- ▢ ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ▢ ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ▢ ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ▢ 2 tablespoons freshly shredded Parmesan cheese optional, for topping

- With half of the seasoning and using your fingers, sprinkle seasoning on each side and rub gently into your pork chops.
- Set seasoned pork chops aside to rest.
- In a large bowl, pour in the potatoes, and drizzle them with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle the other half of the seasoning from your packet, and toss to coat. 3 cups halved yellow baby potatoes
- Gather your prepared sheet pan and place potatoes on ⅓ of the pan.
- Place sheet pan in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooking, place your green beans into a medium bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder until coated. 3 cups fresh green beans, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Remove your pan from the oven and turn the potatoes for even cooking.
- Place the pork chops in the center of the pan and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
- When the timer goes off, add your green beans to the sheet pan and cook for 10-20 minutes more or until all veggies and potatoes are fork tender and the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F with a meat thermometer stuck into the thickest part of the pork chop.
- Serve on the sheet pan with a generous sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on the potatoes, optional. 2 tablespoons freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

How to Make Sheet Pan Pork Chops Step by Step

Cook the Potatoes: In a large bowl, pour in 3 cups of halved yellow baby potatoes, and drizzle them with 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil. Sprinkle the other half of the seasoning from your packet, and toss to coat. Gather your prepared sheet pan and place potatoes on ⅓ of the pan. Place sheet pan in the oven for 10-15 minutes.

Season the Green Beans: While the potatoes are cooking, place 3 cups of trimmed fresh green beans into a medium bowl. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with ½ teaspoon of kosher salt, ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper, and ½ teaspoon garlic powder until coated.

It’s so helpful to have a basic grocery list to help me remember which foods to buy at the store. This food shopping list is my go-to!
It’s better to stock up on things like grains, seasonings and spices, baking essentials, oils, condiments, canned and frozen foods, etc. so I can just grab them when I need them. These things have a long shelf life , so I keep them in my kitchen for convenience.
However, I do have to go to the supermarket sometimes, and there’s a way to make that trip easy and hassle-free: I keep a grocery list! If I go in blindly, I’ll leave with things I don’t need, and nothing that actually helps me prepare a good meal.
