Sherbet Mimosa Recipe
This sherbet mimosa recipe was one of the first recipes that went viral on FB and Pinterest with a whopping 200k shares! These are hands-down the most creative, customizable, and ridiculously easy drink. You can pretty much make these Sherbet Mimosas in any color or flavor. I mix and match with different sherbet flavors like blood orange, raspberry, and lemon or even can make your own sorbet like Pomegranate Sorbet .

How to Store
Mimosas are best served fresh. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator but will lose their carbonation and fizz.
To plan ahead, just scoop out the sorbet/sherbet and freeze them in a tray. When ready, pop them in a glass and fill with champagne.

Serving Suggestions
These are a great addition to brunch served with my mini quiches . Add a ham and cheese casserole and you have a hearty enough breakfast to have another mimosa! Enjoy!
