Chocolate, peanuts, caramel, and cream—basically all my favorite things in one glass! I’ve always loved Snickers ice cream bars, so turning that into a martini just felt right. This Snickers Martini is rich, creamy, and so indulgent, and I can’t get enough of it. It’s super easy to mix up, and honestly, it’s my go-to when I want a dessert cocktail that feels like a total treat.

Hold everything…July is National Ice Cream Month, and I couldn’t be more excited! With the heat in full swing, there’s nothing I crave more than a cold, creamy treat—and for me, that’s always a Snickers Ice Cream Bar. Chocolate, caramel, peanuts, vanilla…it’s basically perfection.

But this isn’t just an ode to ice cream—it’s a martini post! That’s right, I took my favorite frozen dessert and turned it into a cocktail. Because why not sip your favorite flavors, too?

This Snickers Martini has everything I love: rich chocolate, nutty sweetness, and creamy indulgence in every sip. It’s a dessert and a drink all in one—basically, dangerously delicious.

How to Store

These are best served as soon as they are shaken and poured, but if you are planning to serve a few, you can rim the glasses and keep them chilled ahead of time.

Serving Suggestions

The caramel sauce and peanut rim is a must for this cocktail. Visually, it’s so appealing, and you get a great nutty hint when you take a sip. I also like to add a little caramel ice cream just before serving for an extra treat! If you don’t have caramel ice cream, try vanilla or pumpkin ice cream .
