Sugared Cranberry Mimosas

This fizzy, bubbly drink is sure to get you and all your friends and family in the festive holiday mood! Though these darling Cranberry Mimosas are an exquisite Christmas treat, they’d also be perfect for New Year’s Eve or Valentine’s Day
I’ll admit it—I have a serious mimosa obsession. All fall long, I’ve been sipping on apple cider mimosas , but once the holidays roll around, I need something a little more festive. Enter: the Cranberry Mimosa. It’s bright, fruity, just the right amount of tangy, and honestly so easy to make, it almost feels like cheating. This is my new go-to drink for holiday brunches, parties, or anytime I want to add a little sparkle to the season!

Becky’s Tips
- For best results, cranberry juice, ginger ale, and champagne should be chilled before pouring.

How to Make Sugared Cranberry Mimosas Step by Step

Combine the ingredients : Combine 2-3 oz. ginger ale or ginger beer, 2-3 oz. cranberry juice, and 2-3 oz. champagne in a champagne flute. No need to stir, the bubbles will make sure everything mixes up enough.
Garnish and serve: Top with sugared cranberries.

Variations
- It’s easy to make this a non-alcoholic beverage! Simply leave out the champagne. The ginger ale will still give it that bubbly texture that’s so fun to drink.
- Swap champagne for sparkling grape juice or soda water.
- Cranberry is so festive for the holidays, but you can easily make these with other fruit juices. Orange or apple would both work great.
- Add a few fresh cranberries directly into the drink or add a sprig of rosemary or thyme for a pop of color.
How to Store
These cranberry mimosas are best served as soon as they are made so that they don’t lose their fizz. If you have leftovers place them in the fridge and drink within 24 hours so they may have lost some of their fizz.
Serving Suggestions
This festive drink pairs well with a variety of holiday appetizers. Serve with this Christmas cheese ball and breadsticks , or make a batch of candied walnuts to snack on while you sip.
