I have always loved s’mores and this toasted s’mores martini with marshmallow vodka is one of my favorite cocktails! With layers of cream, marshmallow vodka, and chocolate liqueur all you need is a graham cracker rim. I just think these are so cute, and it makes it even better that they seriously taste like a toasted s’more fresh out of the fire.

5-Star Review

“Wow! Just made this tonight after months of longing and admiration! So worth the wait! Thank you. Now to figure out what to do with a bottle of marshmallow vodka haha” -Sheri

S’mores are one of my favorite sweets of all time. I even had a s’mores bar at my wedding in lieu of a cake! They remind me of camping and family time. I may love s’mores but I don’t necessarily want to have to camp in the cold and dirt to enjoy them. This toasted s’mores martini with marshmallow vodka is the perfect way for me to enjoy the ultimate flavors of Fall while still being indoors in the comfort of my own home.

Tips for Beginners

  • Make the rim first! It’s really hard to smear the chocolate syrup on the rim after the fact.
  • Slow as you pour. If you want the drink to be layered, pour each part very slowly over an upside-down spoon. If you think you’re pouring slow enough, slow down!
  • Pre-toast the marshmallow . This is really important to make this drink go off without a hitch. You just want to brown them slightly, so that they will light quickly once you’re ready to serve your drinks.

  • Pour the vodka mixture as slowly as possible over an upside down spoon to make the layered look (see picture).
  • Place the marshmallow on a bamboo stick as a skewer.
  • Brown the marshmallow slightly over an open flame (or under a broiler). Do not allow it to catch on fire. 1 marshmallow
  • Lay the bamboo stick on the drink and light the marshmallow for effect before drinking. Stir together the drink and enjoy!

How to Store

Any leftover martini can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. I recommend storing the drink without the toppings and just top when you are ready to serve again.

It’s better to stock up on things like grains, seasonings and spices, baking essentials, oils, condiments, canned and frozen foods, etc. so I can just grab them when I need them. These things have a long shelf life , so I keep them in my kitchen for convenience.

However, I do have to go to the supermarket sometimes, and there’s a way to make that trip easy and hassle-free: I keep a grocery list! If I go in blindly, I’ll leave with things I don’t need, and nothing that actually helps me prepare a good meal.

I’ve got you covered! I created an easy grocery list filled with all of the essentials. Plus there’s a free printable version that you can take with you to the grocery store. It has everything you need to stock your pantry, your freezer, and your refrigerator.
